چکیده
Context: The emergence of bone health maintenance in breast cancer patients is known as an indispensable aspect survival and morbidity improvement; therefore, bisphosphonates play a substantial role the prevention/delaying treatment induced loss skeletal-related events (SREs) these patients, although this drug can cause necrosis jaw. In article, we aimed at summarizing updated evidence on administration, biomarkers representative efficacy bisphosphonate therapy, bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis jaw (BRONJ) affection involved cancer. Methods: Associated published articles were searched for EMBASE, MEDLINE, CDSR, PubMed, Google Scholar, CINAHL, using following keywords or, case PubMed database, medical subject headings (MeSH): ‘Diphosphonate’, ‘osteonecrosis’, ‘breast cancer’, ‘biomarker’ abstract or title, was limited by "clinical trials, meta-analysis randomized controlled trial” English language from 2015 to 2020-09-15. Results: Bisphosphonates depicted remarkable advantages improving SREs, skeletal rate (SMR), rate, treatment-emergent adverse almost all aspects adjuvant therapy early stage metastatic (BMBC). identification that are capable reflecting outcomes highly advantageous aid optimal utilization drugs. Breast such MAF, DOCK4, CD73, TLR9, CAPG/GIPC1 composite illustrated significant correlation with administration. Medication-related (MRONJ) stands out most hazardous event rationally high incidence among which requires cautious prescription well regular dental counseling being prevented. Conclusions: great weapons arsenal and, comprehensive studying their features leads safe administration them. Unfortunately, procedure jaw, procedures should be performed before starting treatment.

BACKGROUND Intravenous bisphosphonates have been used in metastatic breast cancer patients to reduce pathologic bone fracture and bone pain. However, necrosis of the jaw has been reported in those who received intravenous bisphosphonates. Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ) is caused by dental extraction, dental implant surgery, and denture wearing; however, it occurs sponta...

Bisphosphonates (BPs) have been used for the management of bone metabolic diseases. Currently their therapeutic use has increased, as also have their adverse effects, one of the most important being the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ), a complication of diffi cult treatment and solution. Until now, the physiopathology of BRONJ remains unclear, and its treatment is uncert...

Bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws (BRONJ) is a severe complication that has recently emerged in patients treated with intravenous bisphosphonates for malignant diseases. This complication usually presents after a minor local trauma during a dental treatment. Several etiopathogenic mechanisms of this pathological condition have been proposed, but no model can explain all morpholog...
